My laptop run windows vista for a long time. But after I stopped some services and startup programs in msconfig, in the Appearance setting dialog I can not find the Windows Aero color scheme.
I want to make Vista perform better? what can i do?
There is how to solve the problem:
Click the Start menu > Run ( Or Press the Windows + R keys ). On the run box type services.msc and press Enter.
Then the "Service Manager" window will open. Search for "Desktop Windows Manager Session Manager" in the list of services and enable it.
