If you are a windows 7 beginner and don't know where to open Resource Monitor in windows 7, here is how to do:
1.Click Start menu --> type RESMON in the searching box --> press Enter.
2.Then the Resource Monitor window will open up. You can click the CPU, Memory, Disk or Network tabs and see which processes are hogging the most system resources.
