How to edit HOSTS file in vista

When i try to edit the hosts file in Vista, I receive a message that states I do not have permission to edit it. How to edit the HOSTS file in Vista?

To successfully modify the hosts file, you should be the administrator and open the file with the text editor (NOTEPAD.exe).
Click the Start Menu-> All Programs -> Accessories. Right click "Notepad" with select "Run as administrator" from the resulting menu. Then Click "Continue" on the UAC prompt.

Now open C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\HOSTS file and you can edit the HOSTS file.
