After i turned off the User Account Control, I start Windows Vista I get the usual annoying message telling me this Each time.
Here's a way to disable security center notifications:
Click on the Security Center in the system tray. And Click Change the way Security Center alerts me. Select I do not want notification messages from Security Center.
