I install Visual Studio 2008 fail with a error message as 'could not be unpackaged because it is not a cabinet'.
How to fix This problem.
If you are installing from a CD or DVD, you should check if the file is properly readable by your system.
And If you downloaded the file from internet, you should check if the downloaded set up file is complete.
