My computer had install Windows Vista Ultimate one year ago and worked fine. When I want to regain that disk space, i find that the Windows.old files can not be deleted.
How can I do that?
You can use the Disk Cleanup Tool to delete the Windows.old folder safely.
1.Click the Start menu and Type disk cleanup in the Search box. then press Enter to open the Disk Cleanup tool.
2.If you receive a UAC dialog box, Click Continue.
3.Place a checkmark in Previous Windows Installation(s) checkbox titled, then Click OK.
