Create a New Library in Windows 7

Here is how to Create a New Library From the Libraries Window in Windows 7:

1.Right click on the folder that you want to create a New Library with that folder included in it.

2.Then select Include in Library --> Create new library.

3. Type in a name you want for the new library and press Enter.
