How to Enable Auto Login in Windows Vista:
Type "netplwiz" on the Start menu and click it --> Uncheck the “Users must enter a username and password to use this computer” box in the popup window --> click "Apply" button --> type the account name you want to auto-logon in the new dialog box --> click OK to apply.
It Works beautifully on Vista.
